, Wedding and portraiture I've seen shot on Superia 400 featured skin tones ranging from almost jack-o-lantern orange for tanned skin to wire brush facial pink for ruddy complexions. Its almost a Matrix type of vibe in the shadows, another thing youll notice is just how much saturated the reds and oranges are, more so the reds. A few years ago, somebody did an analysis of Agfa Vista films, and found that Vista 200 and 400 had excellent latitude in both directions. I use the Nikon F100. The batch of Lomo 400 Ive just got says made in USA on the box (suggesting its Kodak), but according to the Dexter site (https://dexter.pcode.nl/) the barcode number suggests its Ferrania. The nice reflection of the afternoon sun in combination with the trees shadow convinced me to snap a picture anyway. Idont pretend to know what that means (and it sounds like meaningless marketing jargon to me), but whatever this stuff is, it helps create images withremarkably fine grain for such a high-speed film.
